J. Cole to Bring Dreamville Takeover to SXSW

J. Cole is headed to Austin. The North Carolina rapper and his Dreamville artists will headline a gig during SXSW.

Presented by New Era, the Dreamville Takeover will take place on Saturday, March 21 at ACL Live at The Moody Theater. Cole will be joined by his Dreamville labelmates including Bas, Cozz, and Omen.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the performances will kick off at 7 p.m. General admission tickets will be available day of show, subject to capacity.

J. Cole launched “Act I” of his “Forest Hills Drive Tour” earlier this week. He will head to Europe in May for “Act 2: The Journey” with special guests Jhené Aiko and Pusha T before returning to North America for “Act 3: Hollywood” with Big Sean, YG, and Jeremih.

The tour comes in support of Cole’s third album 2014 Forest Hills Drive, which debuted at No. 1 in December.
