Kanye West’s new album has a title. Shortly after midnight on Sunday (March 1), the G.O.O.D. Music chief took to Twitter to reveal the name of his seventh LP, So Help Me God.
He also posted an illustrated image that appears to be the cover art.
So Help Me God marks the follow-up to 2013’s Yeezus. It has already spawned the Paul McCartney-assisted single “Only One” and “Wolves” featuring Sia and Vic Mensa.
Earlier in the week, Yeezy debuted his latest single “All Day” featuring Theophilus London and Allan Kingdom at the BRIT Awards 2015.
While no release date has been announced, the album is “80 percent done” and will feature “bars, songs, cookout—music that just feels good.” “My last album was a protest of music,” Kanye told “The Breakfast Club.” “This album’s just embracing the music, embracing joy, and just being of service to the people.”
