Missy Elliott and Pharrell Hit the Studio
The VA players are back at it. Missy Elliott and Pharrell Williams hit the studio this week to cook up some new music.
Missy tweeted a photo of her and Skateboard P in the lab. The Super Bowl performer dons a Biggie and Tupac T-shirt, while Pharrell throws up the peace sign.
“VA! 2 up 2 down! Me & my fam @Pharrell hard at work,” said Missy.
The Virginia natives previously shared the stage at the 2014 BET Awards when Pharrell brought out Missy to perform “Pass That Dutch” during his opening set.

Earlier this month, Missy reunited with Timbaland to work on her first album in a decade. She can also be heard on the remix to Jack Ü’s dance hit “Take Ü There.”
Pharrell can be seen on the new season of “The Voice” and recently won a BRIT Award for International Male Solo Artist.
