Meek Mill is back with a vengeance. Following his release from prison in December, the Philly rapper unleashes two new tracks. First up is a fiery freestyle to Raekwon’s Only Built 4 Cuban Linx classic “Ice Cream.” The 27-year-old addresses his return and his rumored relationship with Nicki Minaj.
“Fresh back home, they had to sit me down / Come back home, they talkin’ Nicki now.”
He also flexes on a freestyle entitled “The Get Back,” on which he shouts out his chick (“Baddest bitch in the game wearing my chain”) and boasts about his bank roll (“I started out with a dollar and got a milli”).
Meek is in the studio working on his long-awaited sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money, but this should hold you over for now.
