Bruno Mars, Mark Ronson, & Mystikal Bring the Funk to 'SNL'
It was Saturday night and Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars were in the spot during their appearance on “SNL.” The hitmaking duo turned 30 Rock into an ’80s club with neon lights and a full band while performing their irresistible new single “Uptown Funk” for the first time.
Clad in a pink blazer and white fedora, Bruno and his Hooligans busted out some synchronized moves, while Ronson jammed on guitar.
They also debuted a new track called “Feel Right” with Mystikal. Bruno played back-up singer, while the “Shake Ya Ass” rapper unleashed some wild rhymes.
“Kill all that yabba dabba doo shit / Bitch, I just got out,” he rapped. “You gon’ f**k around and make me knock your fruit juice loose / Ya banana, ya watermelon, and pomegranate too.”
Both of the feel-good jams will appear on Ronson’s fourth album Uptown Special, due January 27.
