Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett make a winning team. The duo tops the albums charts with their jazzy duets album Cheek to Cheek.
The standards set sold 131,000 copies in its first week to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and atop the Jazz Albums and Traditional Jazz Albums charts. It’s the second No. 1 for Bennett and the third for Gaga.
Jennifer Hudson enters at No. 10 with her third album JHUD, which moved 24,000 units. It marks the Oscar and Grammy winner’s third top 10 album, but her lowest first week. She previously hit No. 2 with her self-titled 2008 debut (217,000) and 2011’s I Remember Me (165,000).
Barbra Streisand, who topped the charts last week with her duets album Partners, slips to No. 3 with 127,000.
After debuting at No. 2, Chris Brown’s X falls to No. 6 in its second week (37,000), while Maroon 5’s V drops 7-9 with 26,000.
