Fresh off the release of her new single “Love ‘Em All,” K. Michelle returned to “The Breakfast Club” on Thursday. While sipping a mimosa, the unfiltered star of VH1’s upcoming show “My Life” lashed out at her former friends Elle Varner and Lil’ Kim, and opened up about her love life.
She denied that she and Meek Mill have had relations. “I’ve never swung on his pole,” said K, who named Meek as her Man Crush Monday. “I’ve never slept with him. He never been between my legs.”
They have flirted, but that’s it. “We could’ve slept together. We never have,” she added.
She also addressed her relationship with former BFF Elle Varner aka “Curly Head.” The two became friends and soon Elle started acting more and more like her. There was a song that Elle wanted to record, but it had K written all over it.
“I’m the only bitch yodeling in these hooks. You can’t do this,” she told Elle. “She went and put it out. Management told me they didn’t like the record and they wasn’t gonna put it out.”
As a result, she fired her management and signed with Lady Gaga’s former manager Troy Carter. “They tried to keep me in a box, but musically that’s something you can’t do,” she said. “My album outsold hers, but she get to sing it? I book more than her, but she get to sing the same exact record? But I’m not good enough for it?”
She also had a fallout with Lil’ Kim. After calling Nicki Minaj “the queen of rap” during the VMAs, Kim’s fans came for her, but K fired back.
“Bitch tryna get a moment. Neither one of us was [at the VMAs], motherfu**er,” she said. “At least I’m in the studio working. You been in the game, you could of at least been a guest.”
She was upset that Kim didn’t confront her off Twitter. “Why would you go and talk to me on Twitter? ‘Cause you wanna keep them three fans you got. You could’ve been a woman and texted me.”
She also had some fiery words for Kim’s fans: “F**k them ignorant ass Lil’ Kim fans.”
While visiting the station, she got to meet her idol Mary J. Blige.
“I just met my idol Mary J Blige. I cried like a baby. You will never understand how special this moment was for me,” said K. “Mary J changed my entire life as an artist. I learned to sing through the pain. This is one of the biggest moments of my career. Wow, I’m in shock.”
