Don't Shoot

The Game stands up to intolerance and racism on the Ferguson anthem “Don’t Shoot,” dedicated to the memory of Mike Brown. The Compton MC brings together the hip-hop community including Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Diddy, Fabolous, Wale, DJ Khaled, Swizz Beatz, Yo Gotti, Curren$y, Problem, King Pharaoh, and TGT.

The protest song includes powerful verses and a call to action: “Time to take a stand and save our future like we all got shot.”

Game explained how the collaboration came together. “I managed to get everyone on fairly easy, simply because we have hearts,” he said. “We care and are inclined to take a positive approach to resolving an issue that has existed since the beginning of mankind and that’s racism and hatred towards one another as human beings.”

The song is now available on iTunes, with all proceeds benefitting the Justice for Mike Brown charity.

Listen to them join together for justice.
