M.I.A. and A$AP Ferg Announce Spring Tour
M.I.A. and A$AP Ferg are invading a stage near you this spring. The Sri Lankan superstar and Harlem rapper are teaming up for a joint tour.
The U.S. trek starts April 27 in Washington, D.C. and makes its way to Pittsburgh, Detroit, Chicago, and Boston, before wrapping with two back-to-back shows in Queens on May 8 and 9.
“A very rvre announcement. me & the goddess @MIAuniverse are gonna shut shit down this spring,” tweeted Ferg.
The tour is in support of Ferg’s debut Trap Lord and M.I.A.’s fourth album Matangi, which was released in November.
The two will also play solo dates. Ferg will invade Coachella in April and The Roots Picnic in Philadelphia in May, while M.I.A. headlines Miami’s Ultra Music Festival on March 28 and Washington’s Sasquatch! Festival in July.
