Chris Brown is headed to jail after violating a judge’s order to remain in rehab.
On Friday morning, the 24-year-old singer was kicked out of a Malibu rehab facility where he’s been living for nearly four months, reports TMZ.
The judge in the Rihanna assault case ordered Brown to remain in rehab for 90 days to get anger management therapy, which he completed earlier this month. However, at his most recent court hearing in February, the judge ordered Brown to remain in rehab for two additional months until his Washington D.C. assault case was resolved.
It’s unclear exactly why he was kicked out, but sources tell TMZ that he violated “internal rules.” However, it did not involve violence or drugs.
Brown was previously thrown out of a different rehab center for throwing a rock at his mother’s car.
He is currently being transported to jail by L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies.
