Kanye West and Jay Z

Two hip-hop superpowers are joining forces. Kanye West’s creative company DONDA has partnered with Jay Z’s Roc Nation to manage all DONDA Music.

According to a press release, the partnership will focus on Kanye’s international recording brand and worldwide touring ventures.

DONDA is the vision of West, who officially launched the brand in 2011. The company has directed music videos and content for Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, and Pusha T, and most recently designed the concept, design, and production for West’s “Yeezus Tour.”

In the past, Kanye has collaborated with Louis Vuitton on a footwear collection, Parisian brand A.P.C. on a capsule collection, and Nike on the popular Air Yeezy sneaker. He is currently working on his first line with adidas, slated to debut this fall.

Founded in 2008, Roc Nation is home to artists including Rihanna, Shakira, Rita Ora, J. Cole, and Timbaland.
