Estelle

Estelle is taking her career into her own hands. The British singer has launched her independent label, New London Records, in partnership with BMG.

As part of the deal, Estelle will maintain creative control over all of her current and future music endeavors.

“This is a new and exciting move for me,” said Estelle. “BMG has been an awesome partner throughout my career, and with New London we plan to continue bridging the gap between soul, pop, London, and New York—uniting them through music.”

Her fourth album will be released in February 2014 on New London Records.

In the meantime, she is readying her 3-volume EP Love & Happiness under her new label. The first installment, Vol. 1: Love Jones, is available now featuring the single “Call These Boys.” Vol. 2: Waiting to Exhale will drop later month followed by Vol. 3: How Stella Got Her Groove Back in October.

Estelle was previously signed to John Legend’s HomeSchool/Atlantic Records.
