Kat Dahlia returned to her Miami roots to shoot the video for her debut single “Gangsta.” The rapper-singer-songwriter, who is signed to Sylvia Rhone’s Vested in Culture/Epic Records, walked on the railroad tracks and cozied up to her male co-star in a classic blue convertible while rocking a colorful wardrobe.

“It was really important for me to shoot this video in Miami because this is my hometown,” said the 22-year-old Kat, who was raised by Cuban-born parents. “I think that the richness and the culture, the colors, the story, it just felt right—and the weather’s good in February.”
