In addition to Jay-Z, the first day of the “Made in America” festival featured plenty of other talent. Maybach Music Group’s Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill, Stalley, and Rockie Fresh touched down in Philly with a 45-minute performance.

D’Angelo took a break from his tour with Mary J. Blige to serve up a soulful set, while Roc Nation’s Jay Electronica performed his buzzworthy material. Plus, Covergirl’s newest spokeswoman Janelle Monáe thrilled the crowd with her infectious hits.
