Kelly Rowland was pretty in pink at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards 2011 in London today. The “X Factor” judge, who had to cancel her appearance on the British talent show due to a throat infection, was presented with the award for Best TV Personality. While she hasn’t fully recovered, Kelly is ready to return to work.

“There is only so much chicken and rice soup you can eat,” she told The Daily Mirror. “I still don’t have a full appetite and I’m still on meds so my stomach is just going crazy. My body is not hungry right now—it’s the weirdest thing.”

Kelly will release her latest album Here I Am in the U.K. on November 28 featuring five additional tracks. “I still do have dance music on there, but I also have my urban roots on there,” she told Capital FM.
