Behind the Video: Nelly f/ T-Pain & Akon - 'Move That Body'

Nelly and T-Pain

Nelly links up with T-Pain and Akon on the ATL set of “Move That Body,” the Dr. Luke-produced single from the St. Louis native’s sixth album 5.0 (due Nov. 16). The trio converges on an underground fight club, rapping to the camera as two girls duke it out in the background.

“The concept of the video is like Fight Club mixed with Bring It On,” explained director Marc Klasfeld. “It’s this underground club. There’s this crazy movie called Thirteen that it’s kind of based on, and in this, the girls are dance-fighting against one another, and it’s this select environment, this super-private event that only a couple people get to go to and bet on these girls dancing.”
