Ciara Keeping New Album Under Wraps
If you’re wondering why you haven’t heard much about Ciara’s new album, that’s because she doesn’t want you to. Tricky Stewart says the project is strictly confidential for now.
While Tricky spilled details exclusively to staging-rapup.kinsta.cloud about the disc last year, Ciara is keeping a tight lid on revealing too much information. Her last album Fantasy Ride suffered from numerous leaks prior to its release and she wants to make sure everything is in place before making an official announcement.
“Her album is a launch that’s got to be kept secret right now,” the super-producer, hot off his Song of the Year Grammy win for Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It),” told staging-rapup.kinsta.cloud at his pre-Grammy party last week.
However, he did reiterate that he is executive producing her fourth effort with The-Dream and fans should be excited for what’s in store. “I did the whole album; it’s amazing. If you like Tricky and Dream, you’ll definitely like this.”
