Yo Gotti Named Person of Interest in Young Dolph Shooting

  /  09.27.2017

Just hours after Young Dolph was shot multiple times in Hollywood, Yo Gotti has reportedly emerged as a person of interest.

The Los Angeles Police Department says that Dolph and Gotti were both at the Loews Hotel in Hollywood on Tuesday (Sept. 26), when a dispute took place between their entourages, according to TMZ.

Shortly after the disagreement, shots were reportedly fired outside of the hotel, which is next to the Hollywood & Highland shopping center. Witnesses later claimed that the “Rake It Up” rapper was involved, according to the report.

Gotti and Dolph have been embroiled in a rap feud for quite some time. In February, Dolph dissed Gotti on “Play Wit’ Yo Bitch” off Gelato. “Don’t play with me, Ho Gotti, you a ho, mane,” he raps on the track. “You went from my biggest fan to my biggest hater / Begging me to sign with you, but I had too much paper / Still the same ni**a that used to front your big brother / Found out he a bitch too, now I call him your big sister.”

In February, Blac Youngsta, an artist under Gotti’s CMG imprint, was accused of shooting one of Dolph’s SUVs more than 100 times in Charlotte. The rapper turned himself in to police after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with the case.

Yesterday, Dolph was hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries after being shot multiple times.
