North West speaks.
In what has been dubbed “her first tell-all interview” with Interview Magazine, the 4-year-old opens up about a variety of topics, including her favorite song, which just happens to be by her famous father, Kanye West.
Interviewed by the late Andy Warhol and several famous children for the September issue, North speaks about her favorite track with glee. “My daddy’s song ‘Amazing,'” she said of the 808s & Heartbreak classic. “So amazing!”
When asked hard-hitting questions like, “What do you like on your pizza?” North didn’t hold back. “Just Cheese!” she responded. “Cheese, cheese—everywhere cheese.”
According to the interview, North’s favorite television show is “Shimmer and Shine,” her family nickname is “Bubs,” and her favorite color is “rainbow.”
North appears on the magazine’s September cover along with her mother, Kim Kardashian. The Steven Klein-photographed issue’s tagline reads: “America’s First Lady Kim Kardashian West & her daughter North West.” Both are styled in vintage clothing, while Kardashian’s look is inspired by former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
In her own cover story, Kardashian opens up about how she views “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” when it comes to Yeezy. “Our approach to the show is to film everything and then scale back later,” she explained. “That said, we all have boundaries: I don’t really talk about things that are going on with my husband. If I do, it’s from my point of view. It’s my story.”
She also opened up about how the power couple parents North and their one-year-old Saint. “We want to raise our kids to be really aware. I think that’s all you can do,” she said. “The more you talk about things and keep them out in the open, the more they won’t be taboo. Kids are already so open. They say anything. So if you educate them, they feel like they have this knowledge and then they feel empowered.”
