New Music: Roy Woods - 'What Are You On?'

  /  07.22.2017

Roy Woods returns with “What Are You On?” the first single off his forthcoming album Say Less.

The atmospheric instrumental finds the OVO Sound crooner contemplating his girl’s drug habits, his friends’ actions, and his rise to fame.

“All you want is my money,” he sings. “But do you respect it? / I know what I meant for my ni**a, I’m respected / My life is for my people, they been movin’ reckless.”

Say Less follows Roy Woods’ Nocturnal EP, which dropped back in December and Waking at Dawn, which arrived last July.

Earlier this month, Roy dropped “Say Less Freestyle,” which revealed the pending LP’s title. “About to put my album out,” he sang on the track. “Say Less, yeah, it’s coming out / Party just copped a new house / Drake won like 13 Billboards at the Billboards, wow!”
