Blac Chyna to File Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian

  /  07.07.2017

Blac Chyna fires back.

On the heels of a social media tirade, in which Rob Kardashian accused her of being unfaithful and having a threesome with T.I. and Tiny, among other things, Blac Chyna is heading to court.

The reality star has hired attorney Lisa Bloom — who recently represented women against former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly — and is looking to file a restraining order against Kardashian on Monday (July 10), according to TMZ.

Chyna’s restraining order will likely prevent Rob from being within 100 yards of her, but it may also encourage him to stop mentioning her online.

This week, Rob went on a social media posting spree, sharing explicit photographs and intimate videos of Chyna that got him banned from Instagram. He also claims that she was unfaithful with multiple partners over the course of their relationship. In turn, Chyna’s attorney has accused Rob of cyberbullying and slut shaming.

“Just sad,” he tweeted. “Loved Chyna as my wife and accepted all the wrong she did and continued to ride for her and remain Loyal to her. Never did I cheat. But she couldn’t remain loyal and cheated and fucked way too many people and she got caught and now this is all happening and it’s sad.”

The couple has an eight-month-old daughter named Dream together, but Kardashian says that the relationship between him and Chyna has been strained. “We had a beautiful baby girl that was the best thing that’s happened to me and soon as that baby was born Chyna was out,” he wrote. “Soon as kylie and tyga broke up Chyna was over the game. She had a baby out of spite and I’ll never view her the same. I truly thought Chyna wanted to be a family and that’s why I was so loyal to her but I learned my lesson and everyone else was right.”
