French Montana Announces New Album 'Jungle Rules'

Beyond tearing up the BET Awards with “Unforgettable” on Sunday (June 25), French Montana also revealed the title and release date for his next album, Jungle Rules, while on stage.

Due July 14, Jungle Rules is Montana’s first project since last year’s Wave Gods mixtape. His MC4 album dropped digitally in November, shortly before it was recalled and scrapped.

Jungle Rules marks French’s first album in more than four years. His debut, Excuse My French, arrived in May of 2013.

The announcement of Jungle Rules coincides with the success of “Unforgettable.” Montana’s Swae Lee-assisted banger recently peaked at No. 17 on the Hot 100, making it his best-performing single to date.
