Finally, the video for “Finally” is here.
M.I.A.’s latest single from her fifth and final album AIM gets a stunning visual filled with breathtaking scenery and mysterious shots of the songstress.
“What haters say about me don’t worry me,” she sings. “I keep it moving forward to what’s ‘head of me / You’re gonna see, I’m not gonna waste energy.”
Laying on sand or on top of a moving vehicle, M.I.A. keeps her graceful composure. Aerial shots of the desert and of the beach provide wondrous scenic views that add to the visual’s awesome aesthetic.
Since releasing her final album, M.I.A. also debuted the video for “P.O.W.A.” and unleashed a new loosie, “Goals.” This weekend, she’s scheduled to perform at the 24th Meltdown in the U.K., which she also curated. After that, she will head to the U.S. for The Meadows Music & Arts Festival and Riot Fest in September.
