Kehlani claps back.

On Monday (June 12), the R&B songstress stopped her Tucson, Ariz. concert to look for a fan who yelled out the name of her ex-boyfriend, NBA all-star Kyrie Irving.

“Get the fuck out this concert bitch,” she said. “Point him out. Where was the guy? Y’all better be loyal to me in this bitch. Point that ni**a out. Where the fuck he at? Get his bitch-ass out. Fuck you. We don’t play that stupid-ass shit up in here. Come on. Kyrie would whoop your fuckin’ ass. That’s my best fuckin’ friend.”

Taking to Instagram after the outburst, Kehlani defended herself in a since-deleted post. “after a year of being tormented, harassed, people sending me death threats/showing up to festivals in jerseys throwing shit at me and chanting names, bullying my family in school, at the grocery store, walking down the street, shit that I never even SPOKE on because I dealt with my problems like an adult ON MY OWN for once…I finally stood up for myself,” she wrote. “After a year of depression and therapy, moving away to a new city because of it, i FINALLY STOOD UP FOR MYSELF. I’ve held concerts where when they screamed a name at me I ran off, had a panic attack and cried. I’m finally confident, fearless and unashamed. It felt good as hell to do what I did, so bring on whatever you want because I’m proud of myself, my team is proud of me, my mom is proud of me. I wish you peace —- oh… and you couldnt last a day in my shoes.”

In March of last year, PARTYNEXTDOOR posted a photo of himself and Kehlani in bed. Fans who mistakenly believed that she was still dating Irving criticized the singer for alleged infidelity. Within hours, she reportedly attempted to commit suicide.

“today I wanted to leave this earth,” she wrote at the time. “Being completely selfish for once. Never thought I’d get to such a low point. But.. Don’t believe the blogs you read .. No one was cheated on and I’m not a bad person… Everyone is hurt and everyone is in a place of misunderstanding.. But as of today, I had no single wish to see tomorrow.. But God saved me for a reason, and for that… I must be grateful.. Cuz I’m not in heaven right now for a reason… On that note.. Bye Instagram.”

Lani and Irving continued their friendship since. Last year, Kehlani congratulated the Cleveland Cavaliers star on his NBA championship and they were photographed together a few months after.

Last night, while Kehlani was attempting to kick the fan out of her concert, Irving was playing in the last game of the 2017 NBA Finals. His Cavaliers were defeated by this year’s champions, the Golden State Warriors.
