2 Chainz Announces 'Pretty Girls Like Trap Music Tour'

  /  06.06.2017

Prior to dropping his fourth studio album Pretty Girls Like Trap Music this month, 2 Chainz has announced an accompanying tour.

Featuring the Trap Choir, Tity Boi is set to embark on his “Pretty Girls Like Trap Music Tour” in Los Angeles on June 25 with a special BET Experience show. From there, the trek will hit cities like Atlanta, New Orleans, and Miami Beach, before closing out Sept. 22 at the Life Is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas.

The Trap Choir made waves earlier this year. In March, they teamed up with 2 Chainz on “Good Drank 2.0,” a gospel-inspired version of the syrup-sipping anthem. A month prior, they performed with Chainz and Gucci Mane on “The Tonight Show.”

Featuring Drake, Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane, Trey Songz, Ty Dolla $ign, Jhené Aiko, Quavo, and more, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music is due June 16. The album has already spawned “Good Drank,” “Big Amount,” and “It’s a Vibe.”

The album, his first since last year’s ColleGrove, will reflect his evolution. “You can expect growth and maturation from 2 Chainz,” he said. “It’s still edgy content. Good girls used to like the bad guys, and that’s what this album is about.”

This week, 2 Chainz is launching his apparel collaboration with Trouble “GucciGhost” Andrew, who also designed the artwork for Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. Their exclusive line will be available at a pop-up shop in New York City on June 7 and online from June 8 through June 16.

A pre-sale for the “Pretty Girls Like Trap Music Tour” starts June 8 and general tickets go on sale June 9.
