Running it up once again, A$AP Ferg and Remy Ma rep the “East Coast” proudly in the music video for their latest collaboration.
Directed by Shomi Patwary and the Trap Lord himself, the video is an amped-up performance clip with big-name cameos. Co-starring Remy Ma, the vid also features appearances by A$AP Rocky, French Montana, and Rick Ross.
Through special effects and a fisheye lens, the Hood Pope rocks out to his “East Coast” anthem with his homies. Meanwhile, Remy joins in with money showers, a kitty cat, and a colorful coat.
Taking to Instagram, Fergenstein said this video is more of a cinematic experience. “we made a movie for the city,” he wrote. “literally.”
Released last month, “East Coast” is a single off Ferg’s forthcoming album Still Striving, which he’s been working on in Liberia. The album follows last year’s Always Strive and Prosper.
