Nearly two years after dropping her Up in Smoke EP, Tiara Thomas strips things down with her latest body of work, Don’t Mention My Name.

The five-song EP kicks off with the smooth “Too Late” and closes with stirring guitar strings on “Suicide Shit.”

The acoustic vibes are present all around, as she harmonizes about her ex (“Don’t Mention My Name”), lovers (“I’m Still At the Bar”), and an explosive relationship (“Touch Me, Tease Me”).

The latter is a take on Case’s 1996 hit “Touch Me, Tease Me,” which featured Foxy Brown and Mary J. Blige. “for the true r&b heads I flipped one of my favorite 90’s jams,” wrote Tiara. “loved playing these chords.”

Last year, she dropped a string of tracks, including a remix of MadeinTYO’s “Uber Everywhere,” a remix to Rick James’ “Mary Jane,” and a Rihanna-Justin Bieber mash-up. She capped off the year with her own solo cut, “OTW.”
