Video: French Montana feat. A$AP Rocky - 'Said N Done'
French Montana and A$AP Rocky are nextdoor neighbors in the video for their fresh collaboration “Said N Done.”
The Eif Rivera-directed clip finds the Coke Boy and A$AP Mob MC enjoying simultaneous bashes with a bevy of beauties in each of their pads. Ironing money, smoking, and jumping on beds, the guys have some fun while rhyming along to a classic soul sample.
Rocking silk shirts, they even trade rooms at one point to see how the other one is living, while A$AP Ferg shows up for a quick cameo.
“Said N Done” was meant to be a single from Montana’s now-scrapped MC4. It originally dropped back in August, shortly before the album was nixed altogether.
The song pulls inspiration from A Tribe Called Quest’s Leaders of the New School-assisted “Scenario” and Wendy Rene’s “After Laughter (Comes Tears),” which was famously sampled by Wu-Tang Clan on “Tearz” off Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers).
Earlier today, Montana joined Dipset’s Juelz Santana and Cam’ron for “Dip’d N Coke” and yesterday, he joined Remy Ma and Keyshia Cole in the video for “You.”
