New Music: H.E.R. - 'Your Way'

H.E.R. is back with another sultry, soothing cut.

After raising eyebrows with her mysterious H.E.R., Vol. 1 project, the artist formerly known as Gabi Wilson returns with the melodic underwater vibes of “Your Way.”

Featuring smooth harmonies, “Your Way” delivers confidently seductive lyrics. “There ain’t nothing left to say,” sings H.E.R. “Wait until we’re standing face to face / I’ll make sure there’s no delay.”

The late-night bedroom theme carries on, as H.E.R. makes her intentions crystal clear. “You got me speeding down the 101,” she sings. “It’s about 12:01 / I’m gonna spend some one-on-one time with you.”

Released in September, H.E.R., Vol. 1 reintroduced Wilson under her new alias. The seven-track project received critical acclaim, as well as co-signs from Alicia Keys and Wyclef Jean. Now, the R&B songstress is prepping the sequel, H.E.R., Vol. 2
