A$AP Rocky Previews New Music

A$AP Rocky is “testing” out new material.

Taking to Twitter on Monday (Dec. 19), Lord Flacko Jodye II unleashed a sample of his new music. Reclining with a little smoke, the Harlem spitter sings and raps in the clip.

“I think they running out of rappers to compare me with,” brags Rocky. “Ain’t a bitch out bad enough to pair me with / Usually only fuck with ni**as that you hear me with.”

The clip was captioned “TESTING…” and could be a sign of a new album on the horizon. Recently, he indicated that a new solo project would drop in 2017.

“ASAP ROCKY OVERRATED?” he asked on Twitter. “HOW SWAY? NI**A I PUT OUT A ALBUM ONCE EVERY 2 YEARS , I SEE I GOTTA LEVEL UP ON NI**AS ONCE AGAIN 4 2017, SAY LESS.”

A new album would fall right in time for the new year. Rocky hasn’t released his own project since last year’s At.Long.Last.A$AP. However, that doesn’t mean Flacko has been idle. In fact, this year, he linked up with A$AP Mob for Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends-, a tribute to the group’s late comrade A$AP Yams.
