Young Thug's Mother Makes Him Apologize to Airline Employees

Mama knows best. After bashing airline employees last week, Young Thug returned to the airport to offer an apology at the behest of his mother.

On Tuesday (Dec. 13), Thugger posted a photo of himself at the airport. “When your mama make u go to the airport and apologize,” he wrote, adding two sad face emojis. “sorry love ones….”

The apology comes after Thug offered two Alaska Airlines employees $15,000 apiece to quit their jobs, calling them “ants” and “peasants” in the process. A video of the exchange went viral, with some calling Thug a “jerk” and “a complete tool.” Jeffery would later say that the attendants were “rude,” calling them “black burnt women.”

Despite his current remorse, Thug clapped back at the public after his airport behavior was criticized. “Ya’ll so much of hypocrites,” he said. “If a ni**a goddamn put a bitch in place for playing games, you out there tryna bash him. But ya’ll be the same motherfu**ers that upload 15 black girls round this motherfu**er fighting and goddamn tryna kill each other with knives and bats and shit.”

Alaska Airlines said Thug was late for his flight to Seattle for a show on his “HiHORSE’D Tour.” He reportedly declined to get on a partner flight and would eventually miss his Dec. 7 show, postponing it for Dec. 12.
