Reviving “Fargo Fridays,” Tory Lanez gets “Super Freaky” on his Rick Ross collaboration.
The Rick James-inspired cut was actually co-produced by Tory himself, along with Reazy Renegade and Play Picasso.
“I got two bitches,” Lanez sings. “And they freaky / You can’t bring her home to mama, she too freaky / Su-su-su-super freaky.”
Joining Tory’s “Freaky” theme, Rozay rhymes about strip clubs and food. “Walk in the booty club just for shrimp and grits,” he raps. “Bitches staring at us like we superstars / The gangstas on the wall, they all salute the Gods.”
“Super Freaky” comes a month after Tory’s debut album I Told You. The song and its cover art pulls inspiration from Rick James’ 1981 classic “Super Freak,” which has inspired a slew of other rap songs including MC Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This” and Jay Z’s “Kingdom Come.”
