Gucci Mane Is Off House Arrest

Gucci Mane is full of good news today.

After announcing his second post-prison album Woptober, Guwop celebrates another major accomplishment: he’s off house arrest.

With scissors in hand, the rapper cut his ankle monitor on Snapchat, confirming that he’s no longer confined to his lavish pad. “Woptober on the way, baby,” he said as the monitor came off. “10/17.”

His girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir also rejoiced. “It’s over with,” she exclaimed. “Yay!” Then, posting a pic of the couple out on the town, she added: “Yessss baby u are officially a FREEEE man.”

Gucci was released from prison in May after being locked up for a parole violation. Since then, he’s remained active, releasing Everybody Looking, crafting his Oct. 17 album Woptober, and working on a joint project with Drake titled The 6ers.
