New Music: Ty Dolla $ign - 'Stealing'
Ty Dolla $ign is “Stealing” hearts once again on the latest release off his upcoming album Campaign.
Over a guitar-infused beat produced by Ty, Dave Kuncio, and Tish Hyman, Dolla claims he’s responsible for a very specific crime.
“Mama, please don’t judge me ’cause I’m a criminal,” he sings. “Mama, I know you love me even though I’m a criminal / No, it’s not subliminal / And it’s not terminal / It’s emotional / Stealing all these bitches’ hearts.”
Initially Campaign was set to drop in the summertime. “I’m about to drop this other project that I got called Campaign, which is the soundtrack for the summer of 2016,” he said back in June. “It’s a movie. Every single song from No. 1 to No. 14, I gave it my all.”
So far, he’s dropped “Zaddy,” “3 Wayz” featuring Travis Scott, “No Justice” with Big TC, and the Future-assisted title track.
Following the album’s release on Sept. 23, he will celebrate with the first-ever “Dolla Day,” a TIDAL-streamed concert from L.A.’s Hollywood Palladium on Sept. 25.
