Chris Brown Accused of Threatening Woman with Gun

Is Chris Brown in trouble with the law once again?

Authorities have launched a criminal assault investigation after a woman said the singer threatened her with a firearm earlier today (Aug. 30), according to TMZ.

The woman who filed a report with law enforcement officials claims that she was in an argument with Brown before he pulled the gun.

However, Brown’s camp has a different take on the incident. They say that Breezy had friends visiting his house, including Ray J, who was getting a tattoo at the time. However, things took a turn when two women arrived without an invitation.

Insiders say that the uninvited guests were asked to leave. One of those women is reportedly the one who filed the report. The camp also claims Breezy was asleep while all of this took place.

Ray J was reportedly searched and handcuffed after leaving Brown’s home. His BMW was also seized as potential evidence while he Ubered home.

The SWAT team is now reportedly on its way to Brown’s house as the Los Angeles Police Department works on obtaining a search warrant.

UPDATE: Chris Brown has responded to the allegations with a series of Instagram videos in which he proclaims his innocence.

“I’m sleep half the damn night,” he says in one clip. “I just wake up and all these motherfuckin’ helicopter choppers is around, police out there at the gate. Come on, my ni**a. What the fuck else y’all want from me, bro? I stay out of the way, take care of my daughter, do work. I don’t even fuck ugly bitches, triflin’ bitches. Whatever the fuck it is, I’m not on that, bro…I’m innocent. Fuck everybody.”

In another video, he explained why he hasn’t left his house to discuss the matter with authorities. “I’m not coming out,” he said. “For what? I ain’t did shit, ain’t gonna do shit, and it’s always gon’ be fuck the police. Black Lives Matter, ni**a.”

Breezy also used the moment to promote his latest single, “Grass Ain’t Greener,” while also discussing his stance on the incident.

“All y’all can suck a fart out my ass for all I care,” he said while smoking. “What I do care about is y’all defacing my name as a person and my character and integrity. I am a father. I am one of the best entertainers out here without bragging and trying to say ‘Woe is me, I don’t get enough credit.’ All y’all ni**as know. I’m y’all daddy, ni**a.”

UPDATE 2: Despite Brown’s claims that authorities would find “nothing” once they entered his home, drugs and weapons have allegedly been seized, according to TMZ.

The singer reportedly a threw a duffel bag out of his window that contained the alleged items, including at least one gun. After throwing the bag, Breezy yelled “come and get me,” as per multiple sources.

Meanwhile, law enforcement officials have been at the home since 3 a.m. and are in the process of obtaining search warrants.
