Danny Brown is out to prove he’s sick with “Pneumonia” on a brand new single off Atrocity Exhibition.

Premiering today on Shade 45’s “Sway in the Morning,” the track features additional vocals by ScHoolboy Q and a message about Brown’s rise to stardom.

“’07, I got locked up on a charge,” he raps. “Now a ni**a got four bank cards / Looking like a ni**a gotta thank God.”

Q isn’t the only Top Dawg MC to join Brown on Atrocity. Kendrick Lamar and Ab-Soul are also set to appear on the project, which boasts additional appearances by B-Real, Earl Sweatshirt, and Kelela.

“Pneumonia” joins “Really Doe” and “When It Rain” as singles off Atrocity Exhibition, which is due Sept. 30.

Prior to the album dropping, Brown is set to embark on his “Atrocity Exhibition Tour,” which starts Sept. 14 in Philadelphia and ends Nov. 5 in Cleveland.
