Video: D∆WN - 'Not Above That' (2D Version)

After taking fans on a virtual reality journey in the video for “Not Above That” earlier this month, D∆WN returns with the 2D companion visual.

In this clip, viewers are taken into the singer’s mind’s eye and into a nightclub where robots are cheering for scantily-clad dancers. Meanwhile, D∆WN stars as different characters, including an intergalactic seductress in space.

Recently, Dawn spoke with NPR about her Red Era, noting its message and its importance.

“It’s being unapologetic about the dance, [it] is a blatant stance in celebrating who you are,” she said. “Even before Orlando, I stated The Red Era would be about dancing in the beauty of self, that whatever or whoever you are, be proud of it—that this would be our redemption. To go into this era hands up and heads high.”
