New Music: Troy Ave - 'Chuck Norris (Hoes & Gangstas)'

In the wake of last month’s deadly Irving Plaza shooting, Troy Ave unleashes his new single “Chuck Norris (Hoes & Gangstas).” Over a wonky saxophone, the BSB boss separates the real from the fake (“Fake ni**as stop actin’ like you know me”) and threatens to get violent (“I’m a pretty fly ni**a that’ll shoot ya”).

The Brooklyn rapper is being charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon following the shooting, which occurred at T.I.’s concert. He has pled not guilty and is being held without bail until trial. Ave’s bodyguard Ronald McPhatter was killed and three were injured, including Ave, in the shooting.
