New Music: Majid Jordan - 'My Love (Remix)'
Before Majid Jordan heads out on their upcoming tour, the OVO Sound duo unleashes a remix for “My Love,” the Drake-assisted single that originally appeared on their debut album, released last month.
Drizzy is nowhere to be found on this remix. Instead Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman deliver the track over an entirely different beat, one that’s more uptempo while still ambient to fit the Toronto-based duo’s sound.
“My Love” appears on their self-titled LP, but it was released long before the album dropped. The twosome originally premiered the single with the 6 God back in September 2015 with an atmospheric music video.
Their aforementioned North American tour is set to kick off Mar. 14 and run through Apr. 5 when the curtains close in Chicago. During the run, the duo is slated to touch down in Atlanta, Miami, and Brooklyn, among other cities. The full itinerary can be found here.
