Future to Make 'SNL' Debut in March

  /  02.14.2016

Future is bringing EVOL to “SNL.” Fresh off Kanye West’s performance last night, the show has announced that the Freeband rapper will make his debut next month.

He will take the stage as musical guest on the March 5 episode with host Jonah Hill. This will be Future’s first time on the celebrated series and Hill’s fourth.

The gig marks yet another significant moment for Future. In the first two months of 2016, he has already released two projects, January’s Purple Reign and this month’s EVOL.

This year has also brought on some legal woes. The rapper is being sued by his former fiancée Ciara for $15 million. Earlier this month, he responded to the suit through a source, calling CiCi’s defamation claims absurd.

Last night, Kanye debuted “Highlights” and “Ultra Lightbeam” on “SNL.” ‘Ye had company on that stage thanks to Kirk Franklin, The-Dream, Kelly Price, Chance the Rapper, and Young Thug. Watch his star-studded “SNL” performances here.
