Lil Wayne and Birdman Work to Settle Beef

  /  01.04.2016

Are Lil Wayne and Birdman getting closer to a resolution? The embattled rappers are trying to reconcile their highly-publicized legal battle.

According to TMZ, Young Money president Mack Maine arranged for a phone call between Wayne and Birdman just hours before they met up at Drake’s New Year’s Eve party in Miami. They reportedly discussed their issues including the millions Birdman allegedly owes Wayne.

The two have “strong feelings” about squashing their beef. However, Wayne is not willing to dismiss his $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money Records unless they reach an agreement.

Mack Maine is being credited for initiating the idea of a settlement and brought Weezy and Baby together at Drake’s NYE party.

He posted a photo of them with the caption: “United We Stand Divided We Fall!!”
