Donald Trump Dances to Drake's 'Hotline Bling' on 'SNL'
Drake’s “Hotline Bling” has spawned thousands of memes and been covered by everyone from Erykah Badu to Mike Tyson. And now Donald Trump is getting in on the viral sensation.
While hosting last night’s episode of “Saturday Night Live,” the presidential candidate participated in a parody of the music video. Trump played a tax guy, showing off his awkward dance moves while singing the lyrics, “You used to call me on the cell phone.”
Jay Pharoah reenacted Drake’s moves and lyrics, and pointed out that dads (Beck Bennett), teachers (Taran Killam), Ed Grimley (Martin Short), and even tax guys can dance like him.
Trump proved to be ratings gold for “SNL,” which pulled in its biggest ratings since 2012 with a 6.6 household rating.
