In between recording his debut album Traffic, Vic Mensa lets loose a freestyle called “Married to the King,” which he wrote last night. Over the Deputy-produced track, the Savemoney rapper professes his loyalty to the game (“Till death do us part”), love for his mother (“She the only one I can’t let down”), and shouts out French Montana and Will Smith (“I ain’t Will Smith, but it feels like I just got hitched”).

He’s already worked with Kanye West and hopes to collaborate with Beyoncé next. “She told me she really liked what I did on [Kanye’s] ‘Wolves,’ and then she heard a song of mine from Traffic called ‘Rage,'” he told Rolling Stone. “She said she loved it and said she wants to do work with me.'”
