Drake and Future Announce Joint Album 'What a Time to Be Alive'

It’s official. Following rampant rumors, Drake has announced that he and Future are dropping a joint album before the weekend is over.

He took to Instagram to reveal the title—What a Time to Be Alive—and the diamond-studded cover art. The project will be available Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on Apple Music.

“WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE available at 8pm EST, Sunday on ITunes @future 💎 @applemusic,” wrote Drake.

Before the album drops, he and Future will host a special OVO Freebandz episode of OVO Radio on Beats 1 on Sunday at 6 p.m.

During the Music Midtown festival in Atlanta on Friday, Drake teased the project: “Sunday will be madness.”

Future added to the excitement by posting an Instagram video of him and Drake at a restaurant with the hashtag #WATTBA.
