New Music: CeeLo Green - 'Sign of the Times'

CeeLo Green is only a few months away from releasing his next album, Heart Blanche. That’s good news for us, because it means we get to hear new singles like “Robin Williams” and his latest “Sign of the Times.”
The latter offers a butter-smooth palette of xylophone plinks and organ swells, with CeeLo doing his melodic neo-soul falsetto thing all over it. It’s primed for radio, and perfect for late-summer drives with the top down.
Heart Blanche, his first album since 2012’s CeeLo’s Magic Moment, is due Nov. 13 featuring contributions from Mark Ronson, Charlie Puth, Eg White, Wallpaper, and John Hill.
