Video: Lil Wayne & Charlie Puth - 'Nothing But Trouble'

  /  08.24.2015

What you see isn’t always what you get. Lil Wayne and “See You Again” hitmaker Charlie Puth explore social media facades in the video for “Nothing But Trouble” off the 808 film soundtrack. In the clip, which debuted on Apple Music, Weezy and Puth trade verses about Instagram models. But appearances can be deceiving. The picture-perfect girls soon turn into cardboard cut-outs, or is it all just their imagination?

“Nothing But Trouble” is the first single from 808, the upcoming documentary chronicling the story of the influential Roland TR-808 drum machine.

Fresh off his No. 1 hit with Wiz Khalifa, Puth is gearing up to release his debut album Nine Track Mind on Nov. 6 featuring his duet with Meghan Trainor, “Marvin Gaye.”
