Get ready for more RiRi. Rihanna took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce her brand new single, “Bitch Better Have My Money.”
She tweeted the black-and-white cover art, along with the hashtags #R8, #BBHMM, and #March26.
Upon further investigation, it appears that “BBHMM” stands for “Bitch Better Have My Money.” The title is written in braille on the cover, on which the pop superstar dons thick eyebrows and a motorcycle jacket with nothing underneath.
The cover art was uploaded to her official website, RihannaNow.com, with the file name “BBHMM-Single-Art_APPROVED,” indicating that it’s a single and not an album.
Rihanna fans won’t have to wait long to hear it. “Bitch Better Have My Money” is scheduled to premiere Thursday, March 26.
Her upcoming eighth album, dubbed R8 by the Rihanna Navy, has already produced the top 5 hit “FourFiveSeconds” featuring Kanye West and Paul McCartney, and the Alex Da Kid-produced “American Oxygen,” which she debuted in an NCAA March Madness campaign.
“I wanted songs that I could perform in 15 years; I wanted an album that I could perform in 15 years,” Rihanna told MTV News. “Not any songs that were burnt out. I find that when I get on stage now, I don’t want to perform a lot of my songs. They don’t feel like me. So I want to make songs that are timeless.”
