Sean “Diddy” Combs is stepping back behind the boards. The Bad Boy mogul has returned to his first love—music production.
In between running his REVOLT TV network and expanding his liquor empire with DeLeón tequila, Puff has been in the studio with Kanye West, The Weeknd, The Lox, Pusha T, A$AP Ferg, and Cassie.
“Yes the rumors are true,” he told his Instagram followers on Tuesday. “It’s been a long time since I had been really focused on producing music. My first love. Is the type of love that Will never go away!”
But it’s only temporary. “I’ve come back for 12 months only!” he added. “So I’m working on Kanye West LOS GIZZLE THE LOX @kingpush @asapferg @cassie @abelxo and many more announcements to come! I’m back behind this BOARD B!!!!!!!!! Real niggas and real music are back in style! #MMM”
Diddy’s production can already be heard on Kanye’s latest single “All Day” featuring Theophilus London, Allan Kingdom, and Paul McCartney.
He is also working on his own album, MMM, his first since Diddy-Dirty Money’s Last Train to Paris in 2010.
