Big Sean and Ariana Grande

Christmas came early during the taping of “A Very Grammy Christmas” at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. on Tuesday. Hosted by LL Cool J, the one-hour special featured today’s biggest stars performing holiday songs and their current hits as well as sharing their favorite holiday memories.

Pharrell Williams, decked out in a Christmas sweater, covered the classic “Please Come Home for Christmas” and performed his G I R L cut “Lost Queen” with his Baes.

Ariana Grande and Big Sean showed some PDA while performing their duet “Best Mistake.” The cute couple, coordinated in a red dress and black tuxedo, walked off stage hand-in-hand after their romantic set. Ariana also cozied up in front of the fireplace for a festive performance of her new holiday single “Santa Tell Me,” which debuts November 24.

The Queen of R&B, Mary J. Blige, spread some cheer of her own with selections from her upcoming album The London Sessions.

In addition to the performances, the nominations for Album of the Year for the 57th Annual Grammy Awards will be announced during “A Very Grammy Christmas,” which airs December 5 at 9 p.m. on CBS.
