In addition to premiering his new single “i” yesterday, Kendrick Lamar dropped a freestyle during his visit to “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” on Power 106. Over Beanie Sigel’s “Roc the Mic” and The LOX’s “Ryde or Die, Chick” instrumentals, he shouted out his TDE labelmates and his city, and even gave Big Boy some time to shine.
His Isley Brothers-sampled song has over 2.3 million streams in 24 hours and is currently in the top 5 on iTunes.
